In Schedule 1, the Hyland Point Police will be keeping you on your toes as you grow your drug-dealing empire. From Police Checkpoints set up all over different areas of town to walking patrols and nightly curfew, you’re bound to be caught in a deal or flagged for a body search. If this gets you caught, then you’ll be facing the annoying confiscation of all of your illegal substances, as well as a cash fine.
If you just don’t want to deal with the police in Schedule 1 for a while, then you’re in luck. There’s actually a couple of different ways that you can get rid of them, letting you stroll around the city without any worries. And even better yet…there are no mods, console commands, or cheats involved! Here’s how to get rid of the Police in Schedule 1.
How to Get Rid of the Police in Scheule 1 (No Mods, Commands, or Cheats)

In Schedule 1, there are two different ways that you can technically “get rid” of the cops temporarily, letting you have more freedom over Hyland Point. One option is much more aggressive, while the other will require you to have a vehicle, or at least the cash to buy a vehicle.
Both will result in the police not taking part in their usual routes, meaning the Police Checkpoints around town will go unattended, and you will not be stopped and searched. Additionally, the police will not walk their usual routes or patrol at night when curfew hits. This opens up much more opportunity for easy nighttime deals, which is a great way to farm cash too. Plus, there are just handy little options you can keep up your sleeve for when you want to chill without the stress of cops for whatever reason.
Option 1: Block them In

This is the first and easiest option for quickly getting rid of the police in Schedule 1. First, you must have a car. Any car should work, but for this example, we will be using The Shitbox. If you are yet to get a car, you can pick one up from Hyland Auto for $5000.
Simply drive your car over to the Hyland Point Police Station and wait until the coast is clear from any cops exiting the building or cars entering or exiting the parking lot. Now drive your car over to the door and park it so that you completely block the path in front of the steps.

If you line this up properly, the car will completely block the police from being able to exit the station and continue their patrols. Those poor unfortunate souls will just be stuck making awkward eye contact with you in front of the building – HA!
Option 2: Deal With Them Early

And then, there’s the much more violent and aggressive option, which is to deal with the cops at the beginning of your in-game day. And by deal with them, yes, we mean with your weapons. While it is a bit of a chore, there are limited officer NPCs in Schedule 1, so if you go on a quick killing/knock out and throw into the water spree, then there will be no cops left to fulfill the duties of patrols, checkpoints, and curfew.
Dealing with cops will require a weapon. The more subtle option is to use a baseball bat, sneak up on the police, and hit them a couple of times to knock them out/kill them. The baseball bat also interrupts their attempts to arrest and handcuff you, so this can be handy.

If you choose to use a bat, then you’ll need to be prepared to either have the patience to find police that are isolated enough for you to pick off one by one, or to knock one out, initiate a chase, and then knock the others out as they come after you.

A gun is the other option for taking care of the cops, and though it is quicker, this one is a bit more hectic. You can easily take an officer out with a headshot, but doing so will pretty much immediately raise your wanted status to “Wanted Dead or Alive”, which will cause the other nearby police to hunt you down and shoot to kill.
So, if you choose this option, be prepared to go on the run and circle back, or to dump your mag pretty quickly – and perhaps bring a couple of backups if needed.
